First Friday is done

So First Friday is done, it went well. I am now taking a break from my art work and doing some cleaning. Along with having some fun times and making sure that I de-stress myself from all that build up by eating and having some good times. I'll post all the new art onto my Deviant sight soon.

Just starting out.

So this is my first time Blogging.
I'm just now trying to get out there with my art, so I'm totally new and unsure of what is the best way to go about it, so I'm kind of trying it all right now. If you have any suggestions then please send them my way.
Right now I am working on getting ready for this First Friday in Hood River, it will be my first time actually showing my work outside of a college gallery.
 I love trying all different kinds of mediums so I don't have a "set standard" of art. I'd really would love to do commission art right now. Lately I have been doing oil paintings, along with some charcoal pieces.
 You can always check out my DeviantArt page to see what I have done, I usually will post my pieces on that first before any other place.

I hope everyone is doing wonderful. The included art piece was an oil painting I did in December 2009. It is now located in North Dakota in a friend's new home.
